We offer shape CNC cutting flat seals on the plotter. Cutting seals of a variety of shapes and sizes up to a thickness of 20 mm. With greater thickness, consultation is required with regard to the type of material. Production of seals by CNC cutting method is very efficient for both small-scale and large-scale production. It allows you to carve flat seals, strips and other shapes according to the customer’s wishes, with excellent material yield. Cutting is done by modern technology without the need to produce any additional tool and it is possible to carve the seals of the most complex shapes.

Cutting is done by modern technology without the need to produce any additional tool and it is possible to carve the seals of the most complex shapes. Most commonly, we cut flange gaskets, circular gaskets, intermediate rings, rectangular and square washers, sticker seals and flat shape drawing seals. Other big advantages of CNC cutting on the plotter are a precise and high-quality cut with no friction and time saving in the overall processing of the order.
