Product description
Rubber from the VMQ(silicone) has significant advantages over other rubbers in many ways. Silicone stands out for its high flexibility at low temperatures, while maintaining its elasticity. It also has excellent resistance to high temperatures, very good resistance to selected chemicals and is also not suitable for fuels. Chemical resistance must be consulted on a case-by-case basis. VMQ rubber stands out for its quite extraordinary resistance to UV rays, ozone, atmospheric influences and aging in general. It is non-absorbent, does not leak water, does not colour and is ideal for food applications as it does not affect the taste and smell of the medium. Detailed description
Rubber from the VMQ(silicone) has significant advantages over other rubbers in many ways. Silicone stands out for its high flexibility at low temperatures, while maintaining its elasticity. It also has excellent resistance to high temperatures, very good resistance to selected chemicals and is also not suitable for fuels. Chemical resistance must be consulted on a case-by-case basis. Closer technical parameters are given in the catalogue sheet. We offer these rubbers in a standard size semi-finished product of 1200 x 10000 mm in the thicknesses given in the table of variants. The rubber can be mechanically cut into any shorter semi-finished product according to the customer’s requirements.
Services-Sealing production
We offer shape CNC sealing of any shape. Making possible according to the drawing (dwg, dxf, pdf) supplied from the customer, or it is possible to distort according to the sample supplied and then agree size and carve. We also offer mechanical stamping and cutting on mechanical machines and a hydraulic press.
