Detailed description
PE1000 is a structural sliding material suitable for the production of guide rails and sliding parts of machines. It is characterised by extraordinary sliding properties and high resistance to abrasion and wear. It is used across the industry for applications where demands are made for a low friction ratio (good sliding properties) and good abrasion and giant resistance. Closer technical parameters are given in the catalogue sheet. We offer these boards in the standard size of a semi-finished product of 1000×2000 mm in the thicknesses given in the table of variants. The plate can be mechanically cut into any smaller size semi-finished according to the customer’s requirements.
Services – Plastic milling
We offer shape CNC milling of any shape. Making possible according to drawings or models (dwg, dxf, pdf, step). Alternatively, distortion of the supplied sample from the customer and subsequent reconciliation of the size and manufacture is possible.
