PE500 is a material suitable for the production of structural parts in the chemical and engineering industries. The PE500 is characterised by high resistance to wear and to the damping of mechanical shocks. It is a universal material often used mainly in the food industry. It also has a higher resistance to abrasion and better sliding properties compared to PE300.

Detailed description
PE500 is a material suitable for the production of structural parts in the chemical and engineering industries. The PE500 is characterised by high resistance to wear and to the damping of mechanical shocks. It is a universal material often used mainly in the food industry. It also has a higher resistance to abrasion and better sliding properties compared to PE300. Closer technical parameters are given in the catalogue sheet. We offer these boards in the standard size of a semi-finished product of 1000×2000 mm in the thicknesses given in the table of variants. The plate can be mechanically cut into any smaller size semi-finished according to the customer’s requirements.
Services – Plastic milling
We offer shape CNC milling of any shape. Making possible according to drawings or models (dwg, dxf, pdf, step). Alternatively, distortion of the supplied sample from the customer and subsequent reconciliation of the size and manufacture is possible.
